Heading towards 2026: Structuring and Nomination in Maryland

As part of the preparations for the 2026 Convention , a key milestone has just been reached with the official announcement of the creation of the Office of Social Affairs . Under the supervision of the General Secretariat, this office will be responsible for coordinating communication, monitoring the progress of the committees, and providing direct reporting to the Presidency.

The event is marked by the appointment of Mr. Donald Mba as Head of Social Affairs, thus bringing his expertise and local roots to the service of the success of this great gathering.

Establishment of a Social Affairs Committee for the 2026 Convention Maryland, September 12, 2025.

Ladies and Gentlemen, dear members,

I am pleased to inform you of the creation of a Social Affairs Office dedicated to the 2026 Convention in Maryland. This new entity will work closely with the Communications Commission, under the authority of the General Secretariat.

The Office of Social Affairs has the following main missions:

  • Communication regarding the event.

  • Monitoring the work of all committees.

  • The submission of regular reports to the President.

𝐌. 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐝 𝐌𝐛𝐚, originally from Maryland and grandson of the Ndefeugang Concession in Ngouang Bameka, is appointed Head of Social Affairs within this Bureau.
