Our association's participation in the All Bamiléké Convention was much more than just a presence: it was a demonstration of strength, culture, and, above all, fraternity. A look back at a landmark event where the Bamiléké people shone brightly among their peers.
1. A Crossroads of Bamiléké Identity
The All Bamiléké Convention is the essential gathering for the diaspora to preserve our roots. For Peuh Munka Ntom America , it was an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to the values upheld by our enlightened leader, His Majesty NAH TCHEMA'H TAKOUKAM Jean Raymond .
2. Hand in Hand with our Sister Associations
The highlight of this convention was collaboration. We firmly believe that the development of our respective groups depends on a synergy of actions.
Exchange of best practices: Meetings with executives from other associations to share our management models.
Joint projects: Discussion on health and education initiatives in the country that require collective strength.
Inter-group solidarity: Mutual support during fundraising and cultural events.
"Alone we go fast, together we go further." This maxim took on its full meaning during our exchanges with our brothers and sisters from other Grassfields groups.
3. The Commitment of our New Executive
Under the leadership of our new President and with the benevolent gaze of Colonel/Ret. Emmanuel Tchinda , our delegation proudly represented Baméka. This renewed dynamism demonstrates that Peuh Munka Ntom America is ready to assume a leading role in the diaspora's decision-making bodies in the United States.
4. Perspectives: Building Sustainable Bridges
Our presence at the convention is just the beginning. We plan to:
Create a permanent communication platform with sister associations.
Organize joint webinars on investment in Cameroon.
Strengthening cultural transmission to our children born in the USA by pooling our educational resources.
Conclusion: Long live Bamiléké solidarity!
We leave this convention more united and determined. Thank you to all the members who made the trip and to our partners for the warm welcome.
Let's stay united so that Baméka may live!
